01 — BRIEF

We start with a conversation.

Your venue. Your service style. The look you're going for. We review reference imagery from the collection and propose two or three directions, tailored to your brand.

ARAS Café reference — premium apron variants

02 — DESIGN & SAMPLE

First samples in your fabrics.

Our Turkish design team produces first samples in your chosen fabrics and colours. We send physical samples for try-on and refine silhouette, embroidery and fit together — until the look is exactly right.

03 — PRODUCTION

Made by hand, quality-checked twice.

Approved styles go into production in our Turkish workshops. Every piece is quality-checked before it leaves the line. Typical lead time is 4–6 weeks for first orders, 2–3 weeks for repeat.

04 — DELIVERY & FITTING

We fit your team in person.

Uniforms ship to Doha, where we handle the in-person fitting day at your venue — adjusting hem lengths, swapping sizes, and ensuring every team member is comfortable from day one.
