Welcome to ARAS Campus. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website arascampus.com (including our leather sub-brand pages), the products offered for sale on it, and any communication with us by email, phone, or WhatsApp Business. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. About us
ARAS Campus is a Qatar-based brand of school uniforms, hospitality workwear, and leather accessories, operating from Doha, State of Qatar. Where these Terms refer to "ARAS", "we", "us", or "our", they refer to ARAS Campus.

2. Eligibility
You may use this site and place orders only if you are at least eighteen (18) years old, or have the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Products, availability, and errors
We work to display our products — colours, materials, hardware, dimensions — as accurately as possible, but images and swatches on your screen may differ slightly from the finished piece due to lighting, monitor calibration, or the natural variation inherent in leather and hand-finished materials. All products are subject to availability, and we may withdraw or discontinue a product at any time. If a listing contains a manifest error (for example, a pricing typo or an incorrect specification), we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any payment already taken.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Qatari Riyal (QAR) unless stated otherwise and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Prices, promotions, and shipping costs may change at any time before an order is placed. Payment is taken at the time of order via the payment methods offered at checkout. You confirm that any payment method you use is your own or that you are authorised to use it.
5. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order on the site is an offer to purchase. Our confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not by itself form a binding contract. A contract of sale is formed only when we accept your order and dispatch the goods. We reserve the right to decline any order — for example, if a product is unavailable, if the order cannot be delivered to your address, or if we suspect fraud.
6. Shipping and delivery
Estimated delivery times and shipping fees are shown at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your parcel on arrival and report any visible damage to us within seventy-two (72) hours.
7. Returns, exchanges, and refunds
Ready-to-wear and stock leather pieces may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging, for exchange or refund. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period after we receive and inspect the return.
Sale items, made-to-measure uniforms, monogrammed or personalised pieces, and bespoke leather orders are non-refundable except where the item is defective. This does not affect any statutory rights you have under Qatari law.
8. Bespoke and custom orders
Bespoke leather commissions and custom uniform orders are produced to your specifications and are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has begun. A deposit may be required at the point of order. Lead times are provided at the time of commissioning and are estimates based on current atelier capacity.
9. Warranty and after-care
We stand behind the workmanship of every piece we make. If a stitch loosens, a clasp weakens, or an edge tires under ordinary use, contact us and we will repair or replace the piece at our discretion. Damage caused by misuse, accident, unauthorised repair, or ordinary wear beyond a reasonable life is not covered.
10. Intellectual property
The ARAS name, the pine emblem, the "aras CAMPUS" wordmark, all photographs, product designs, illustrations, and written content on this site are the intellectual property of ARAS Campus or its licensors. You may view and download material for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without our prior written permission is prohibited.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site, our WhatsApp Business number, or any of our communication channels to:
- Break any applicable law or regulation.
- Send us false, harmful, defamatory, or misleading content.
- Send spam or unsolicited commercial messages.
- Interfere with the site, our servers, or any related systems.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Attempt to obtain unauthorised access to any part of the site or our data.
12. Third-party links and services
The site may contain links to third-party websites or services (including social media platforms and payment providers). ARAS is not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of any third party. Their use is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
13. Disclaimers
The site and all content on it are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARAS makes no warranty, express or implied, that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or from any product purchased. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the site, or a purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Doha, Qatar.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted on this page. The "Effective date" at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
