Questions we hear often.

What’s the minimum order?

For first orders, our minimum is typically 10 pieces per style — though we work flexibly with smaller specialty venues. For established clients, there’s no minimum on re-orders or top-ups.

How long does production take?

4–6 weeks for first orders (including sample approval), 2–3 weeks for repeat orders. Rush production can be arranged for an additional fee.

Can you add custom embroidery?

Yes. Every uniform can carry your venue’s logo, monogram, or wordmark — embroidered in your chosen colour, on your chosen position. Setup fees and minimums apply for new artwork.

Where are the uniforms made?

Designed and manufactured in Turkey by long-established hospitality garment workshops. Quality-controlled at the workshop and again on arrival in Doha.

How do I get a sample?

Get in touch via the contact page — we’ll send samples in your preferred sizes, or arrange a studio visit for full try-on.

Do you handle deliveries outside Qatar?

Yes — we ship across the GCC and to selected international venues. Customs and duties are handled by the receiving venue.
